These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pep10x websites, coaching programs, and related services. By accessing our site, purchasing a coaching program, or engaging with our telehealth partners, you agree to these Terms.
1) Coaching & Telehealth Access
Pep10x provides coaching and coordination services and facilitates access to licensed medical providers via independent third-party telehealth platforms (including Qualiphy). Pep10x does not prescribe, dispense, or ship medication.
2) No Guarantee of Prescription
Coaching packages may include access to an independent medical provider who evaluates clinical suitability for prescription peptides. There is no guarantee that any medication will be prescribed. All clinical decisions are made solely by the provider.
3) Refunds
Refunds are issued only if you are not medically approved after completing the required intake and telehealth consultation. See the Pep10x Refund Policy for full details.
4) Health Information & HIPAA
Personal health information you submit through medical intake and telehealth services is handled on HIPAA-compliant systems operated by our telehealth partners. Such data is shared only with authorized personnel as needed for evaluation, prescribing, fulfillment, and support.
5) Limitation of Liability
Pep10x is not liable for medical decisions, clinical outcomes, pharmacy practices, or fulfillment timelines handled by independent providers, clinics, platforms, or pharmacies. Always consult your assigned medical provider before beginning, changing, or stopping any treatment.
6) User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete information during intake and coaching;
Follow all medical guidance from your provider;
Use services only for lawful purposes and not for emergency or urgent care needs.
7) Eligibility
Services are intended for individuals 18+ and may be limited by geography, clinical criteria, or applicable law.
8) Changes to Services or Terms
We may update services and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Although our partner pharmacies use only FDA-approved ingredients that are pharmaceutical-grade and highly regulated, compounded prescriptions are not FDA approved
